This beautiful baby girl was the last of my 2016 newborns that I had the pleasure of photographing. We had an amazing session because she was so sleepy and dreamy, and I was so thankful for that!
Newborns won’t stay newborns for long and that’s why I try and make the most of these sessions. I capture details not only because they’re beautiful, but because these mamas who come in are often still in a haze after the birth. Becoming a parent is awesome, but it’s also exhausting. I receive so many thank you messages from parents the week after the session. They have the chance to look back on these moments and notice every little detail about their son or daughter because they’ve been preserved in pictures.
