I had the pleasure of meeting the Smith family a few years ago when I photographed a Legacy session for their family.

The last time I saw Rylan he was a tiny baby and now he’s a big brother. Their family recently moved back to South Carolina and I was excited to hear that they were home and that they’d just had a baby girl! Carmen was slightly older than my preferred age for newborns, but she slept like a dream and I got some amazing images for her family.

The gold bracelet Carmen is wearing here was her mothers! She wore it for her newborn session. I love it when families bring in an outfit or a toy or a piece of jewelry that’s important to them. We’re bringing together the old and the new and creating memories that will last for generations.

Carmen was such a lovely baby and I enjoyed seeing her family again. If you are looking for a newborn photographer in South Carolina, let me know! I’d love to talk about your vision and how we can work together to create some wonderful memories for your family.

Blessings,

Leigh
