I had the pleasure of meeting the Smith family a few years ago when I photographed a Legacy session for their family.

The last time I saw Rylan he was a tiny baby and now he’s a big brother. Their family recently moved back to South Carolina and I was excited to hear that they were home and that they’d just had a baby girl!¬†Carmen was slightly older than my preferred age for newborns, but she slept like a dream and I got some amazing images for her family.

The gold bracelet Carmen is wearing here was her mothers! She wore it for her newborn session. I love it when families bring in an outfit or a toy or a piece of jewelry that’s important to them. We’re bringing together the old and the new and creating memories that will last for generations.

Carmen was such a lovely baby and I enjoyed seeing her family again. If you are looking for a newborn photographer in South Carolina, let me know! I’d love to talk about your vision and how we can work together to create some wonderful memories for your family.
